Edito mi post Ya que desde que entró esta nueva administración (IMC) y la persona del frente (Paula) en la oficina definitivamente a echo un cambio al 100%. Cuando le mencionamos nuestros problemas del apartamento que nunca nos habían solucionado las administraciones anteriores, ella al instante nos dio opciones y soluciones. En definitiva muy satisfecha con su trabajo y disposición.
Been here for 2 years and i can say this new management is one of the best ones so far (Paula) helped us thru relocating us after experiencing fleas and broken A/C etc.. at the prior apartment (we did not have pets at all) could not complaint as of 9/16/2025
Tengo menos de un año viviendo aquí es horrible todo está sucio en el condominio hay cucarachas sobretodo en el apartamento que vivo ya hecho varios reclamos y nada el aire acondicionado se dañado 3 veces. No aguanto más vivir aquí esperando que se termine el contrato para irme yaaaaa. No recomiendo este lugar te cobra la fumigacion y nada que lo hacen
Recently been having MAJOR problems with my apartment And the maintenance team here has been a huge help thankfully for the new management here Paula And her two maintenance guys salutes to them very thankful
These apartments are slowly getting better after all, And it’s All thanks to Paula and Her new maintenance team thank you for your quick action and thinking to fix the situation With the apartment!! Love the work
