We do in home/ in office repair and we do our best to buy our parts through them. They are friendly and great to work with. We appreciate having a place to buy our parts local, they have our buisness. Excellent customer service and honesty is rare and we appreciate it.
The staff here has always been very friendly. We have been doing business with Stratos for over 6 years and we wouldnt go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable and offer many services. They are upfront about costs and repairs needed. No hidden fees.
not sure about other things, but they were very nice to me when I went to buy a new dvdrw drive, and for \$45 it was cheaper than anywhere else in town. and they were nice before I said I wanted to buy something
We have nothing but positives to speak about Rob and his staff. They are both knowledgeable and courteous. Even after moving out of state we still choose to purchase our computers from Rob and have them shipped to us.
Our business has done business with Stratos for over 8 years we have purchased approx. 40 computers and lots of other parts. I have never had an issue with the service I have recieved
Poor customer service. The only solution these guys have is to sell you a new computer. If you don't like that answer they turn very rude and sarcastic. Please stay away from here.
Slow, Rude, Expensive. Not the recipe for repeat business. I realize I don't know a lot about computers but please do not treat me like a child. I will not go here again.
Horrible service. I took my computer in for virus removal and they tried to sell me parts that equaled more than I paid for the computer. The technician was rude and condescending. Beware of their huge 'bench' fee. This is a fee they charge just to turn your computer on and see what's wrong. I will not use them again and would not suggest them to anyone.
Expensive and rude. I will not be coming here again.
