No actually you don’t charge for putting a crown back on that fell off because of your poor work. Especially when you send the patient home without even putting it back on. Yes it took an hour of your time, but you didn’t succeed. What was I paying for? Then accuse me of lying in your response to the review I left. Really? Good business practice. Keep posting fake reviews too, everyone is on to you ;)
They charged me for putting a crown back on that they did not put back on. Then they drained my bank account a few days before Christmas without any notice. Can not recommend. You don't charge for work you were too incompetent to complete. Even if it took you an hr. You did nothing. Thats not how business works. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from your shoddy dental work to save them the time money and pain you consistently cause your patients for an outrageous price. I was vacationing from out of town, had an accident and broke my front two teeth. I called, they saw me the same day, put me at ease, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. It was a remarkably pleasant experience. I am so grateful and I highly recommend. I was seen by Dr. Levy who is just wonderful.

I just ran accross an ad for Stratman Family Dentistry in which they advertise 'One-Visit Crowns'. This was not my experience. If it had, I would not of been in pain for two weeks with a temporary crown. The worst part about my experience is the dental assistant who put the temporary crown on knew of my discomfort from the get go. All she needed to do was file the sharp edge that was digging into my gum. Instead she said, "It's only temporary" and proceeded to lecture me on what I could and could not eat for two weeks. Dr. Steadman was awesome but his financial staff are awful. I paid all my payments and then they tried to take another payment which was my gas money to get to work so I missed work because of them.
