Great community and nice clubhouse and pool
The association is horrible, they always give you fines. The staff is rude like they are doing you a service. They keep the grounds horrible, they need a better maintenance company. Some of the neighbors been here for awhile so they are stuck in their ways, they don't welcome younger families very well. Don't expect to be best friends with your neighbor. Instead of your neighbor knocking on your door with concerns, they go to the board. Be careful when buying into a HOA some are good and some really suck.
