The manager, Linda, was extremely helpful and responsive while looking to move across country to NY. She made the process easy, and I feel confident we’ll be happy with our choice!
Never replied my inquiry…Is leasing office really working?
Trying to relocate from Charlotte, NC to the Buffalo area without being able to see apartments in-person is a headache. I was interested in units at this complex because they are the closest thing I can find to all of the luxury units that Charlotte offers, but it's like they don't want you to rent here. I email with several questions about a specific floorplan, but the response is "Good afternoon, We will not have a G model until next summer." That's it. I wish I can take Strathmore with me to every city I move to. I lived here for a year in 1 bedroom, it was amazing. I was sad to move out of the apartment. Sunlight you get is amazing, bedroom was spacious, high ceilings, the laundry room was huge, the bathroom is amazing, great shower, lots of space. The balcony. Oh how I love the balcony. I lived in a 5 Star Condo before moving to Buffalo. That building was new, sound proofed, spacious and up to date with Payment Portals and Digital Maintenance Request. We've had a few maintenance request since moving here this year and while they were met, it took a little follow up. On the other hand, the Manager Linda is the nicest person you'll ever meet, she responds to emails promptly, she makes you feel like nothing is a problem and is fairly carefree.
