I can't speak for other doctors here ,but there is an awful lot of similar reviews. had an appointment at 4 pm and didn’t realise the time i then had to race over and as soon as i got there they told me i was too late and they didn’t give me a card to tell me when it would be
After having a skin cancer removed from my dr of 6 years, she quickly said the name of the cancer and nothing else. I had to enquire about follow up - after the stitches were removed, I was given no follow up. Nothing. Not told how long to use wound care or how to care for it. Nothing. The wound dressing they gave lasted almost a week due to my hypervigilence but when it fell off, I left it off as the nurse had actually said don't cover it with any additional wound dressing over the one given, as you need to watch it in case... read more
I suggest anyone in Bendigo to find another doctor's office that puts your care first...While the administration staff is great - the level of health care and service with the doctors trusted with my care at Strathfieldsaye Primary Health was awful. They are not up to date with contemporary research for common medical conditions. They don't listen to you and don't consult with other specialists in their field.
