During the consultation, the nurse walked in and out again and again. The constant interruption ruined appointment which we were waiting for 3 months. This behaviour is not professional and disrespectful for the patient. It's really bad experience for us. I dnt recommend the clinic.
Exceptional doctors, nurses and office staff. Everyone here is kind, efficient, patient and highly skilled. I won’t name all the doctors because I don’t want to miss someone, but I have every confidence that there is no better place to be treated for eye diseases and particularly retinal problems. They’re also involved in the latest medical trials if, like me, there is currently no other treatment available.
Terrible staff, poor management
My late elderly mum attended this practice for many years for her macular treatment. The staff were always kind, professional & friendly. The clinic helped her to maintain her sight & she was always grateful for their care.
The administrative staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. James Wong and the medical team are highly professional and knowledgeable about my eye condition and treatment options. The clinic is also very clean and well-maintained.
