Terrible staff, poor management
My late elderly mum attended this practice for many years for her macular treatment. The staff were always kind, professional & friendly. The clinic helped her to maintain her sight & she was always grateful for their care.
The administrative staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. James Wong and the medical team are highly professional and knowledgeable about my eye condition and treatment options. The clinic is also very clean and well-maintained.
This is a very impressive team. Great reception, efficient, friendly, professional, supporting a skilled clinical team with top technology for assessing ocular health and for intervening. A go to place. No problems and zero reservations about this clinic. Richard Mattick. UNSW.
