On calling politely I was told rudely they couldnʻt help me. I resorted to booking online. On calling again to confirm they had the order, was shouted at and told never to call again, because they couldnʻt help me. Whilst on my banking app attempting to cancel the payment, received an email stating order was ready for collection. So more than happy to take my money; incapable of being polite and professional
