Both my wife and I have been going to these dentists for a few years and it's been smooth sailing. They do things differently from and better than my last dentist. They're even prepared to treat patients who live with anxiety. I would readily recommend them to anyone.
I’ve been going to Strathcona Dental for a while now, and every visit has been a consistently positive experience. Most recently, I saw Dr. Laatch and Lisa M., and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. Lisa was incredibly thorough with my cleaning, gentle yet meticulous, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was a patient at this clinic for several years before ultimately leaving due to a deeply upsetting experience. Over time, I was left feeling anxious, unsafe, and unheard — and it’s had a lasting impact on how I view dental care. When my family and I moved, I chose this clinic based on the high reviews. I regret it every day. My son needed a cavity filled and received the isolated numbing because of his age. When he said he felt the pain, the dentist pushed forward and said it wasn’t possible. When my daughter needed a wisdom tooth extraction, she told the dentist she felt the pain after numbing.
