I called looking for an apartment for my mom, and I made the comment that my mom does not speak English and the lady in the office said “one of the requirements to live here is that residents need to speak English”. Is this a racist company or it was just the leasing agent? If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I work for a leasing office just like that one and we accept everyone who applies and qualifies. This is outrageous!
We lived here for a few years and enjoyed most of it. Especially the view from the townhomes. The wildlife and river were amazing. Management was friendly and maintenance took care of issues in a timely manner. Our only complaints were that the apartments were outdated (our townhome had cabinets and fixtures from when the apartments were first built around the 70s-80s) and some of our neighbors really sucked.
