Living space was comfortable and cozy, minimal noise and disturbances, some of the fairest landlords I’ve ever had. There’s a lot of terrible apartments out there and this isn’t one of them.
We downsized 5years ago and found this hidden gem by the Olentangy River. If you like to be one with the woods and the river… this might be the perfect spot for you:)! We have loved every minute of it. Carolyn, the office manager, is amazing at keeping the prices low, while meeting our maintenance needs efficiently and effectively with her very talented maintenance crew, Rich and Matt. We are so grateful to have been able to call this spot home for so many years! Thanks!😊
Complex schedules extremely loud construction that will wake up the entire neighborhood at 7am 👍 literally 7am on the dot 🙃
I called looking for an apartment for my mom, and I made the comment that my mom does not speak English and the lady in the office said “one of the requirements to live here is that residents need to speak English”. Is this a racist company or it was just the leasing agent? If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I work for a leasing office just like that one and we accept everyone who applies and qualifies. This is outrageous!
