Landlord continues to let this place rot into the ground. Keeps allowing people to move in without doing background checks..also they are obviously drug users.
Awful management. Washers don't work. Owner refuses to "update" the place and charges tenants for the updates. Does not give 24 hour notice before coming into your apartment. Will charge you $150 if your smoke detector isn't working. Hallways dirty. His maintenance guy looks in your windows while mowing lawn and will stand in front of tenants doors to listen to their conversations. (Witnessed multiple times). I had an emotional support animal and sent him the certificate and he told me it was fake until I had my doctor call ... read more
