I love this place it’s so affordable, my son loves the pool and the staff are all so amazing. They work with you and make sure you’re happy. If you have any problems they will take care of them the next day!! I’m so thankful to be apart of this community! It is a perfect location it’s l right by the schools and so many stores around! This will be my second year ❤️ so spacious as well
From the moment I saw these apartments I knew I wanted to live here. Constantly making updates to the apartments that have been left to dust, and with the new renovations, they are an amazing apartment to live in. When I first moved in, they were still working on completely replacing the ac. It was HOT that week, and they made sure we had at least a portable AC to keep the bedroom cool till they were able to get it fixed. Wonderful place to live! Kylee and the crew are so sweet, caring, and easy to work with. Maintenance is always on top of problems when they arise. The apartments are spacious and updated. Its quiet around here as well! I would definitely recommend stratford square to those looking for a new place to live! I've lived here over a year and couldn't ask for better!
Was a great place until things in the apartment broke and then the greatness disappeared. I was without air conditioning since the beginning of July. They gave me a portable which barely worked. Then when I asked when my unit would be fixed I got excuse after excuse. 1 minute it was a few days rhem they were waiting for parts then itll be done tomorrow.. long story short I went 2 months with nothing and its still not fixed today.. this place doesnt care about residents, obviously. I went 100 degree days sweating all day and ... read more
Not worth you time or money! They never fix anything then pretty much tell you you can leave if you dont like it. Multiple health concerns and fire hazards. Roach and flee infested. Place is a dump! Front office girl does nothing but lie and tells you other tenants business, who they are trying to evict and why. Multiple people are packing up and moving in the middle of the night. Worst experience I've ever had. Broke my lease now they are trying to charge me nearly $10,000 (almost a years worth of rent) 900 for just blinds ... read more
