Management and Maintenance are always helpful and informative. Maintenance is always on time and courteous. I have had a problem with my apartment air conditioning, but they provided a portable unit and assure me that the air conditioner will be restored. ☺️
I have lived at Stratford square apartments almost a year and I have to say I love my one bedroom apartment it's very nice the ladies in the office are really awesome they are nice and help out when they can I recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to stay Stratford square had a 5 star dating from me

Stratford Square is quiet and great location, it is few apartments left in Davison that is affordable. Office staff is very friendly and quickly responds to any concerns we have.
Put a $550 deposit down for an apartment that was not even ready yet and spoke with Kylie she stated when showing us other apartments that we would get our deposit back if we changed our mind on it. My husband got relocated for work out of state and now won’t give us our deposit. She even stated cash would work best so they can give us the deposit back instantly if anything changed.
