Not worth you time or money! They never fix anything then pretty much tell you you can leave if you dont like it. Multiple health concerns and fire hazards. Roach and flee infested. Place is a dump! Front office girl does nothing but lie and tells you other tenants business, who they are trying to evict and why. Multiple people are packing up and moving in the middle of the night. Worst experience I've ever had. Broke my lease now they are trying to charge me nearly $10,000 (almost a years worth of rent) 900 for just blinds ... read more
Such a great place to live, the people in the office really do go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. Any issue we have ever had has been resolved quickly and I really appreciate the maintenance and upkeep of the whole complex!
Couldn’t recommend these apartments more! The storage is amazing. They’re incredibly accommodating and easy to work with during all processes. Any issues we have had they are very prompt to take care of it. Office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional.
Put a $550 deposit down for an apartment that was not even ready yet and spoke with Kylie she stated when showing us other apartments that we would get our deposit back if we changed our mind on it. My husband got relocated for work out of state and now won’t give us our deposit. She even stated cash would work best so they can give us the deposit back instantly if anything changed. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, even skipping the credit check, which was a huge relief. Within a week, I was approved and had my new apartment ready for me. The professionalism and kindness of the team have continued since I moved in, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend!
