Water consistently shut off for too long! The plumbing in this building is awful
Most positive reviews are from years ago- so here is a current and real review from a recently moved 3 year tenant: 1. If you can't move out within 3 hours- you will be charged up to 375$ on top of 275$ non refundable (but they do not tell you that up front so BE VERY CAREFUL moving out!) (property manager Ms. Hussein is nice at first but quickly becomes rude, dismissive, and unreasonable and will find any excuse to fine you) This building also uses non union contractors for their building projects so that tells you how desp... read more
