After moving into the apartment in October of 2019 I thought that Dan was actually a relatively good landlord and was surprised by negative reviews I had seen. Now I understand. He is extremely difficult to get ahold of, whether by email or phone, and there is only one number listed on the website to contact. I told him that I was being harassed by my roommate a month ago and he told me by email he would call me as I requested, but I never heard back from him.
