I have to say, it's very sketchy when one of this company's agents lists a property as "Charming turn of the Century home with Great bones! Perfect to make it your forever home or as an investment property." and made no mention of the severe water damage impacting every level of the home. First thing you see when you walk in is the collapsed 1st floor ceiling. Do better Annette Patterson, and provide an honest evaluation of properties.
We worked with Nelson Carter to purchase our first home. He was a delight to work with, and very patient with both our questions and teaching us the process of purchasing a home. We bought in 2022, so it took a little bit to find the home we wanted since the market was still hot. Nelson helped us find our dream home and made process very smooth. We highly recommend Stratford Properties.
This has been the worse selling our house and buying another house that I could ever imagine!
