Terrible communication
Very poor customer service. I did not receive my order. Customer service said it was delivered to wrong address and it was up to me to get the order or deal with UPS in an attempt to get my order. They don’t care about their customers
I left a message for customer service after hours. A lady from Customer Service promptly returned my call. She helped me search for an item I was struggling to find and proceeded to go above and beyond any expected level of customer service. I am beyond pleased with the outcome!
