The building is always in well repair, and properly cleaned. The building supervisor has always been friendly!
Does anyone actually get through when calling. Seem like everytike I call all operators are busy or is there just 1000 calls incoming at all times. Seem ridiculous to me that you have to wait a minimum of 20mins on hold everytime you call
Completely incompetent been having ongoing issues since 2019. Get no answers and all they do is throw pills at you and when they don't work "oh just take 2 a day." Then get told by the pharmacist I should only be taking them as a reaction not a daily dose. So called Specialists they send you to seem to be no better it seems.
