honestly one of the worst possible experiences i could have had moving out on my own. the management is extremely rude and inconsiderate. parking is just about as difficult as winning the lottery and pam will target your vehicle unless you are on her good side. our shower was renovated while we were living there and it was only supposed to take a few hours but instead took two days so we couldn’t shower there. my car was wrecked about halfway through us living there and i had to park on the side of the road or in a far away ... read more
I lived in Stratford through most of my undergraduate years and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to live. I never went without a question unanswered, everyone in the front is amazing, helpful, and extremely sweet. The location is convenient and close to Franklin street and the UNC Campus. The apartment has available bus stops near both Bolinwood and MLK locations for easy travel.
Based on other reviews I was hesitant to call the office inquiring about an apartment for next year for my daughter who is a student at UNC. I’m glad I didn’t let other reviews dissuade me. I spoke first to Rebecca who was very pleasant and explained all the differences in floor plans and sites (there is one complex off of MLK and one on Bolinwood).
