I lived in Stratford through most of my undergraduate years and had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to live. I never went without a question unanswered, everyone in the front is amazing, helpful, and extremely sweet. The location is convenient and close to Franklin street and the UNC Campus. The apartment has available bus stops near both Bolinwood and MLK locations for easy travel.
Based on other reviews I was hesitant to call the office inquiring about an apartment for next year for my daughter who is a student at UNC. I’m glad I didn’t let other reviews dissuade me. I spoke first to Rebecca who was very pleasant and explained all the differences in floor plans and sites (there is one complex off of MLK and one on Bolinwood). I had a very unwelcoming and frustrating experience with the front desk. I was spoken to in a condescending manner and felt talked down to, which was extremely disappointing. As nice as the apartments are, these experiences have honestly taken away from what should have been a positive living experience.
