Failed to return a hold deposit for an apartment that was not rented, and its been months that they have dragged their feet and don't answer emails. March 2025 update - Heads up : the front office does not keep up with or track maintenance and contractors. I am not exaggerating. They earnestly do not always know when these people come in and out of your home, and when, and sometimes why. Please be cautious. Problem after problem after problem. Not small problems - like a broken light bulb or leaky faucet. They want things to fall apart first before doing anything about it.
