Forgot to put that we pay $167.00 a month in HOA fees at Stratford Hall.
Usually I do not write reviews. But Stratford Hall HOA is so not useful I thought you needed to know. Stratford Hall has cracked and uneven sidewalks that are a trip hazard. Has trees that need trimming. Has dead bushes in the common areas that need to be replaced. Houses that are half painted. Fences that need repaired. Stratford Hall has the worse landscaping company, LSI, I have ever had to deal with. They damage yards and landscaping terribly.
