I was looking for an apartment fast. I called and got a tour that day, and was able to sign a lease the next day. Clean apartment, fully furnished and extremely cheap! For the location, furnishings, and all utilities included this is the best deal I've had in Cedar City. ontop of that they had flexible leases, the neighbors were all respectful and quiet, and the staff were so so nice.
