Dangerous neighborhood, Horrible Management and cramped rooms. This was by far the worst complex I've ever lived in. Constantly shifting rules and regulations with no notification--No maintenance to speak of and incredibly rude and unscrupulous landlords. Basically a slum, lucky for me I got out before my place was broken into, the neighbors tend to be down and outs or very shady individuals. Great apartments Statford Arms Apartments is a great place for anyone wanting a reasonable price for an apartment. I visited here looking for one and was very pleased with the location and prices. Very polite landlords that are willing to work with you to make the experience as pleasurable as possible.
