This place was torn down in 2011. It was decent though.
Dangerous neighborhood, Horrible Management and cramped rooms. This was by far the worst complex I've ever lived in. Constantly shifting rules and regulations with no notification--No maintenance to speak of and incredibly rude and unscrupulous landlords. Basically a slum, lucky for me I got out before my place was broken into, the neighbors tend to be down and outs or very shady individuals. This complex really is the worst and very unsafe.Mother"s please dont send your children to college by way of this housing facility.Numerous break-ins poor management.
Worst apartment complex ever! Everything is outdated. Management is awful and dont expect to get your deposit back! We were told that we would have to get a lawyer if we wanted our deposit back. We fined almost 200.00 at move out for the fridge being frozen! DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE!!!
Great apartments Statford Arms Apartments is a great place for anyone wanting a reasonable price for an apartment. I visited here looking for one and was very pleased with the location and prices. Very polite landlords that are willing to work with you to make the experience as pleasurable as possible.
