Idalis at the office is very helpful, kind, and responsive to any questions/ concerns. Maintenance is also very kind and always fixes things the same day or next day depending on severity level. Neighborhood is quiet overall and people keep to themselves mostly. Updated apartments are really pretty inside and appliances (including washer/ dryer) are full sized. Would recommend living here.
The tour, application, and move in process has been great from start to finish. A huge shout out to Idalis. She has been wonderful throughout this whole process. The initial tour was of a model unit but we were also able see our actual unit before making any payments and signing the lease. We visited the location after the snow storms and on different days/times to get a feel of the community. This is my second time, returning to Stratford Apartments. Idalis is a thrill to work with, she’s on top of everything ! The complex is clean. Maintenance is very friendly. Having the dog park is helpful, and the washer and dryer in unit makes things easier. Thank you !
Wonderful place to live here well kept
Lived here for a few years and I really would recommend this complex for anyone looking for reasonably priced rent in the area. The apartments for new leases are typically renovated and maintenance staff were great. It’s not some kind of luxury complex and on busy days you might not have a perfect parking spot right by your apartment but it’s a solid value and the neighborhood continues to be built up around it including a brand new shopping center + updates to the center right in front coming soon.
