Now I anticipate the opportunity to move back and I couldn't be more excited. My husband and I arrived almost a week early from Florida and we were delighted to discover that not only was our apartment ready but it was beyond our imagination! The maintenance department had even put some items that had been delivered into the apartment for us! Ben & Maria are the epitome of hospitality. Idalis at the office is very helpful, kind, and responsive to any questions/ concerns. Maintenance is also very kind and always fixes things the same day or next day depending on severity level. Neighborhood is quiet overall and people keep to themselves mostly. Updated apartments are really pretty inside and appliances (including washer/ dryer) are full sized. Would recommend living here.

The tour, application, and move in process has been great from start to finish. A huge shout out to Idalis. She has been wonderful throughout this whole process. The initial tour was of a model unit but we were also able see our actual unit before making any payments and signing the lease. We visited the location after the snow storms and on different days/times to get a feel of the community. They did a good job clearing the snow and the area was pretty peaceful each time we stopped by. Will update once we’ve been living he... read more

This is my second time, returning to Stratford Apartments. Idalis is a thrill to work with, she’s on top of everything ! The complex is clean. Maintenance is very friendly. Having the dog park is helpful, and the washer and dryer in unit makes things easier. Thank you !
