Wonderful place to live here well kept
Lived here for a few years and I really would recommend this complex for anyone looking for reasonably priced rent in the area. The apartments for new leases are typically renovated and maintenance staff were great. It’s not some kind of luxury complex and on busy days you might not have a perfect parking spot right by your apartment but it’s a solid value and the neighborhood continues to be built up around it including a brand new shopping center + updates to the center right in front coming soon.
Idalis was wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions and helped with all paperwork my boyfriend and I went to fill out today. Having someone that friendly in the office is very important! Appreciate her help very much! :)
Spacious rooms, beautiful balcony, family friendly, quiet neighborhood!
Last year I went to tour this apartment. The application was sitting there and nobody reached out to me. I called and no response I until one day I used a different number, the property manager Idalis told me that my application wasn't accepted because we weren't making enough, even though we knew that our income surpassed their income requirements.
