Spacious rooms, beautiful balcony, family friendly, quiet neighborhood!
Last year I went to tour this apartment. The application was sitting there and nobody reached out to me. I called and no response I until one day I used a different number, the property manager Idalis told me that my application wasn't accepted because we weren't making enough, even though we knew that our income surpassed their income requirements. Moved in a little over a month ago. So far, so good. Mostly quiet and peaceful place. Apartment is great and everything works really well. Idalis is the person who helped me set everything up and she has been amazing. She is very attentive and gets back to you as soon as she can. A really good experience so far, with everything.
It has been great. Quiet and calm neighborhood. Maintenance department is very attentive and the process moving in was very smooth.
