They don't like to give deposits back and if you are late on rent, they give you a notice to evict immediately. They may be alright for owners, not for tenants.
Not good for owners either Strategy takes 3 months to fill vacancies, and they lose the tenants they signed up too soon, due to their poor communication & unfriendly approach. Instead of picking up a phone or emailing someone for a more personal touch, they send out threatening form letters to tenants. The service level is extremely low.
