This company is used by my doctors office, they are nice until you question them. Their billing statements are misleading and lack simple information and full disclosure of what you’re being billed for and when.
A zero is more appropriate. I was overbilled by my provider. Sadly they use strategic solutions. I've called, emailed, and repeated this over and over for months. Each time I speak to Heather it's being handled and I hear nothing until I reach out again. Worst company and customer service. I emailed again today..........
No one answers the phone!! I just want to pay my copay and I've been calling for 3 days!!! JUST ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST
Terrible company. I had a no show charge on my account that was a mistake (the office called ME to reschedule my appointment and did not remove the old appointment from the system). Small error, but I have now called this company twice and also spoke to the clinic staff once, and I keep getting billed. I actually watched a tech enter a note to billing on the screen at my visit.
