I work with a company that has used Joe Marcucci (Strategic Security) for all of our access control and CCTV systems (Over 20 Years). They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the extra time to make sure we get what we expect. Joe and his staff are awesome and were here to help me out in great time
Watch out for Joe he is very dishonest . Brought in a power washer for repair. Parts were very corroded. We put a wrench on one part and it broke. He wanted a new pump for free. We told him no. He showed up with the police and they told him no. If this is the way he will response to a issue, how will he act if you have a issue with his company?
