They are very strategic in two things: 1) ignoring the Tenant laws 2) ignoring your phone calls. DO NOT rent from this "company". ETA: they are now a condo management company, but if it's Diane Drew you're working with, I would not expect any better than when she used to manage rentals. She posted a 5 star review to balance out negative reviews rather than responding to a previous review from a tenant. The other 5 star review is someone who doesn't even use the company...Save yourself the strife and look elsewhere.
Our experience with Diane managing our condo location has been a terrible experience all around. Exterior maintenance had been practically non existant since she was hired. If you expect a timely and professional response you will not got one from her, whether a property owner or subcontractor. I speakfor many people within our community that feel the same way - steer clear of this company if you don't want to waste your time and money.
