I need to speak to someone ASAP and I know y’all know why. You owe me for the mold the water damage that we had to endure for years in your complex and the multiple reports to maintenance and the toilets. Don’t get me started. I would like to give negative 10 if possible. I'm not sure why any property would use this company except they must be part of the LLC that owns the properties. Do NOT move into Midwood Roswell Apartments that they manage. Infested with rats, roaches, units are hosting unauthorized business, and they never respond.
There need to be some serious changes in the management of the property! And, get a manager of the properties to get out and physically do some evaluation of the tenants at Preserve on Conley!!!! I'm praying for a change in Jesus name Lora
I’m in Brookhaven GA. Despite all of the negative reviews Tony the property manager runs things much differently here by responding to maintenance requests as best he can. Mr. O brought up the new refrigerator by himself!
I’m in Brookhaven, GA and my refrigerator hasn’t been cooling very well over the past few weeks. It’s over 20 years old! I emailed and spoke to Tony more than once and I kept getting the runaround. It will be 3 to 5 business days to replace it That came and went. He said to me again in a couple of days and that came and went. He was quite irate when spoke to him this past Monday, very unprofessional!
