Wouldn't even want my worst enemy to rent from a Strategic Group property. They are the worst company I've rented from. Massive rent hikes, complete disregard for serious accessibility concerns, and no consideration for the quality of living at their properties. Huge red flag if they manage an apartment you plan to rent. Would recommend looking anywhere else.

I have finally gotten my payment from a long RTDRS case against Strategic Group (1800 4 Street Holdings Ltd.) and now I feel like I can openly speak on it.
