So im living in building this company is maintaining just right now. And i just want to let everybody know : just stay away from any building this company is maintaining at all cost. Property company was suprised they need to maintaine an air conditioning system BEFORE a season. So the result of that awesome management is all the tenants are sitting in the aparts without any proper windows at 27-28 degrees and without any chance to have a fresh air. We absolutely cannot recommend Strategic Group. We rented a unit at the Terra Townhomes and are upset by our experience. The unit already had significant damages before we even moved in. We were assured that these issues would be fixed before our move-in date, but even now — two months later — not a single repair has been completed. One of their literally stole more than $2000 from me, his name is Adam Mamdani. Be CAREFUL and it seems this company is fraudulent. I will be filing a legal complaint soon.
