Absolutely the WORST people to deal with. They are dodging me and not answering me. They owe me 1200$ and it has been 2 months since I did work for them. Terrible terrible people
they reached out to us to maintain the local Belle Tire and so we have provided top quality services since april this year and submitted invoices. They will tell you up front that they pay net 30, then, when you submit invoices, they say they are net45 and that they always pay on time, well, its 4 months later and they haven't paid a dime towards any of their many invoices for mowing and/or landscaping, so, we suspended services on the local belle tire. We feel bad for anyone that does business with these folks...Just say no... read more
I have a real easy time with them contacting me to complete some jobs but have a real hard time getting paid on the work that I complete I mean I am still 5 month out on getting paid for salt back in Dec and my net 30 accounts are about 3 months out without any communication. Max is great but everyone else could care less.
Communication is awful, professionalism is non existent, mostly unresponsive. Very bad company for owners of properties and very bad company for vendors who work for Strategic.
Horrible. Just horrible.
