I was injured 12/11/2024, Still waiting on some help, some communication, something. No call backs, no email response, nothing. I've reached out, HR has reached out, and now my lawyer. This is ridiculous and from what I'm reading it's nothing new. It's unfortunate this is how Injured workers are treated. Negligence on top of negligence. I'm very disappointed on top of pain. I have three referrals that are waiting for approval, please help us. Lord have mercy
Not a very good company to deal with. I'm on comp and its been 3 weeks and have had zero compensation from the them. I also do not like that they send someone to go to your appointment with you! I really don't like them knowing my personal things that have zero to do with the claim. I am in Michiganband Nichole who is my representative lacks major skills! She is rude when talking too her! The claim adjuster Don Spadaccino is the absolute worst. This guy does not care about your family, you paying bills nor your credit report. He will pay you whenever HE wants. I just went over a month without a payment. Then when he did pay me. He added a third wk so it looked like he paid me on time. I get paid bi-weekly. There should never be a 3rd wk. Then when I asked for his supervisors information. He absolutely refused to give it to me.
