I can't say enough about Parham! The therapy was great and the people were wonderful. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I don't know if it just me or anyone else experiencing the same but It seems like the Healthcare providers in Greensboro is at their worse.

Pretty Bad News – Very friendly on the outside, and seem so good! A few good people that work there depending on what hall you are on, but you have to watch what is really going on! Very loud at night! Dirty, they often dont change linens or patients. Dont seem to really care about the patients, my experience is they are just out to make the money. DON'T GO THERE! – iF YOU TAKE SOMEONE TO THIS PLACE YOU ARE ASKING FOR PROBLEMS. MY DAD WAS THERE FOR A SHORT TIME AND THE STAFF THERE ACT LIKE THEY CARE BUT WHEN YOU ARE GONE THEY JUST DON'T CARE. MY DAD WAS 85 YEARS OLD THERE RECOVERING FROM A HIP REPLACEMENT. tHEY LET HIM STAY IN HIS WET DEPENDS SO LONG THAT HE DEVELOPED INFECTIONS ON HIS PRIVATE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! – NEVER send your loved one here!!! The staff is very uncaring and underhanded. The administration needs to go, they don't care and just put on a front! Not organized at al!!

Smiling Staff hides poor care – The staff seems always cheerful for the most part, but they really don't care for the patients. When you talk to upper management about the problems, they seem to be so caring and reassuring about the problems, but nothing positive happens. It all gets worse. Patients left to wash, dress, and carry on to themself even when they are not able to. Left soiled on their beds for days unless they have a vistor who might help clean them. Wonderful Staff. Care is Outstanding! Highly Recommended! – I would highly recommend this home to anyone who needs the temporary care! My brother suffering from end stage cancer is in a wonderful, caring enviroment. The staff is very caring and they show it. This is not the run of the mill home. They do a super job with each patient given their circumstances. I really appreciate the Nurses, LPNs, and All of the staff at Guilford Health Care Center! Don't ever put anyone you love in this horrible place! – My dad was there and I couldn't get him out of there fast enough! It was dirty, smelled, stained and broken furniture in his room,theres nothing I can say good about this place! The staff was mean and uncaring. my dad waiting almost 1 hr before someone came to answer is help button! I tried talking to the administrator over and over but all she did was smile and never took care of any of the issues. ..Please if you love your family member don't put them here!
