Very negative experience over the 4-5 years they managed our property. Revolving door of overworked property managers, most at the end of their career. Very very long times dealing with any issues around the building, no visibility on resolutions leading to significant follow ups. No collection of revenue from fobs or move ins - and invoices were paid with no questions asked. I have lived 2280 Wesbrook Mall as a tenant from January 2023 to August 2025. Overall I had a good experience but I had a less than pleasant encounter with the cantankerous property manager wherein he accused me of carrying leaking garbage bags from the hallway to the parking lot, and he immediately demanded that I clean up the liquid stains in the elevator.
