Excellent communication and does a great job looking after their buildings
Our strata council has worked with Stratawest and in particular Michael, our property manager, for almost 3 years. Our previous company had left us with a lot of deficiencies and often given us poor advice. Michael has a great wealth of knowledge in the property management business and is able to refer us to high quality reliable contractors at fair pricing to maintain our building and gardens. I was happily surprised to receive a call back and the requested documents in the same day, from Senior Property Manager Michael Boughey, regarding a condo my clients were selling.
