If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been trying to get our property manager from Stratawest to deal with a constant noise issue from the residents above me for 2.5 years! The incompetence is almost laughable at this point.

Ranka who manages 1075 Comox Street is the absolute best - such a kind person and runs a very well maintained apartment building with a great feel. Highly recommend!

I’m a tenant at 6455 Willingdon Avenue, and I wanted to bring up some concerns about the building management. Unfortunately, the experience with Holly has been really frustrating. She’s often unresponsive, doesn’t come to the office regularly, and doesn’t reply on time. Recently, when we tried to talk to her, she was rude, raised her voice, and said she was in a bad mood and couldn’t meet with us. Emergency number take more than an hour just to get someone who manages the property on the phone. Takes more than a month for the property manager to reply an email. Takes forever for an approval to start the repairing work to none structural part of the unit. I will give credit where credit is due. Our building manager and resident staff has been great. Rest of the team not so much.
