Rebecca is an absolute headache to talk to. My daughter has had to deal with her multiple times and each time she ends up more frustrated. I've worked in property management for over 30 years and never came across an employee so clueless and useless. I'd give zero stars for her alone, but we've talked to another woman there who luckily is much wiser. I'd consider hiring employees with more experience and knowledge, she's an absolute mess.

Deserves no stars. More like 5 black holes. Don’t rent from them unless you have no other choice. They are shady, exploitative, cowardly and deceptive. I paid my rent in for full and on time for 3 years, and the slimy MF’ers hung a 30 day notice to vacate on my door knob in the cover of the night, when I was working 2nd shift at our local hospital ER. I rented a townhouse from Stratagem Management from 7/15/21-7/25/22. My experience is detailed below, but the short version is: I do not recommend this business to anyone looking to rent. I strongly advise considering (truly) any other landlord or management company instead. Details: I paid a $995 refundable security deposit upon move-in. Upon move-out, I also agreed to leave my washer and dryer in the unit in exchange for $250. By 8/24 (30 days later), I had yet to receive my deposit back or the additional $250. I emaile... read more
