Worst receptionist ever. I phoned them few days ago, the tone of her voice doesn’t want to answer any phone calls, atleast she said good morning to me, and I’m not finish yet telling my inquiry about our unit, she just interrupt me and saying “just email first your manager and get back to me once you talk to them and have a nice day”. Rude and unprofessional staff.
This is hands down the worst strata management company I’ve dealt with in over 20 years of property experience. The staff are consistently rude and unprofessional, with Chad Daem (strata manager) being particularly disrespectful and dismissive. He has no regard for owners' concerns and treats people with contempt. The receptionist also lacks basic courtesy and proper customer service skills.
