From my personal experience, the review is based on dealing with KATHY BLAKE strata manager and few times with the office. Kathy Blake - incompetent strata manager. Services in general are unresponsive, unprofessional, unpleasant.
Strataco is a property management company in the gvrd. A dedicated staff provides excellent service to their customers.
Strataco are some of the most unprofessional people I've dealt with. Living in a complex with them at the head is beyond exhausting. Slow to no responses and complete runaround answers, if any, to every single problem. Even small things like misspelling your name in an email despite it being front and center.
