This is hands down the worst strata management company I’ve dealt with in over 20 years of property experience. The staff are consistently rude and unprofessional, with Chad Daem (strata manager) being particularly disrespectful and dismissive. He has no regard for owners' concerns and treats people with contempt. The receptionist also lacks basic courtesy and proper customer service skills. My goodness, what a bad customer service they provide. The receptionist is very rude, cold impatient and not willing to provide any information. She is just so bad for their business.
Called in to ask some questions and the front desk person was helpful and friendly.
A company that is so rude and disrespectful they would take over buildings maybe for criminal organizations. Disgusting. You will have judgement when the time comes.
From my personal experience, the review is based on dealing with KATHY BLAKE strata manager and few times with the office. Kathy Blake - incompetent strata manager. Services in general are unresponsive, unprofessional, unpleasant.
