Disgusting Director Richard. Do not buy any properties this company managers as OC. Absolutely filthy people that collect payment, and don’t do anything. Be careful, the response shows you how selfish they are, no phone calls were made, multiple emails sent months earlier with no action. Can’t use balcony due to risk of injury or death

Richard and Charlie took over the management of my building in White St Windsor a few years ago and they have made the experience of living in an apartment so easy! When we had a leak in the car park they got onto the builder to get it solved under warranty. When we had a false alarm, Richard was on site in minutes to address before a call out was made. Thanks for all the care you have given to our building.
After years of escalating costs and 0 service under another large strata manager, our OC recently got to StrataBase by word of mouth.
