the pregnancy strata massage is extremely overpriced. they don’t have the proper props to make pregnant women comfortable during their massage and the exfoliation is really just 30 seconds rubbing each limb with a rubber mitt- they don’t exfoliate most of your body at all. They don’t use a scrub and dont even exfoliate your entire arms and legs and not your chest and torso at all, just a few seconds on your lower arms and legs. it is an uncomfortable experience and a huge waste of money.

Outdated amenities, no pool access and was not treated well from the minute I arrived. Massage itself was wonderful, but front desk staff and amenities were severely lacking.
Received services from April, Kim and Madison. All were excellent and relaxing. Facilities were well maintained and it truly felt like a get away.
I Wish I Had Read The Reviews! The front desk was rude and refused to listen. Rebkah was inconsiderate and didnt work the agreed upon time... All they want is to upsell upsell upsell, not personable at all. I didnt agree upon the gratuity to be ripped off but it was non negotiable. Rip-off!!
