Poor communication and poor quality of work. Didn't bother contacting us until 4:30pm Thursday to tell us but they're beginning the job 7 a.m. next morning. I said no one will be home, but materials had already set for delivery 7 a.m. Friday morning, so we had to scramble everything around so wife could work from home. They finished up Friday afternoon leaving our deck with screws and used pop rivets laying around, which I had to clean up so nobody got injury's in their feet.
