I tried contacting Angie for months to fix some things around the house. I had to wait almost a year for a new fridge. Then to find out she sold the property to East Coast management without notice.

They never answer their phone. No clue if they are decent to work with in finding a rental as they don't return messages either.
Ms. Mulligan of Strata Realty has been wonderful to work with in my efforts to purchase a property in the Hagerstown area after my retirement and relocation from Chevy CHASE, MD.
