Moving our Strata Management to these guys was the best move we ever made. Compared to any Strata Company I have ever dealt with Strata One Narrabeen is miles ahead. Truly professional and very thorough. It is a tough business and they have to deal some very difficult people and situations at times. They have really been outstanding during our recent remedial works Can’t recommend them enough
These guys are the best. They respond quickly, get things done in a timely manner and are always polite. Our building has used them for about 9 years now after we left a bigger organisation, who were none of the above. They care about our building and us. I'm happy to recommend them to everyone.
Strata One provide the personal and caring service that only a boutique agency can do. Having Peter and Ann by our side as we navigated significant remedial works was a huge reassurance and they went above and beyond expectations with their help, advice and support.
