The apartment itself is okay--spacious, modern, a little loud, overpriced. However, I've had bad experiences with the administration, especially Geoffrey at the front desk. I was sent an accusatory email and a cleanup fee for "attending a party" that I was not even aware about. When I refuted the claim and sent my key fob info back, I got no reply for weeks. I lived here for 5 years. I recently bought a house and wanted to end my lease. I tried to change my 15 month lease to 12 and pay the difference but they refused. It was cheaper for me to pay out 3 months at a vacant apartment than pay the fee to break my lease. I moved 95% of my things out in early October, but have the keys until the end of January of next year. I got an email yesterday that they needed all of my things gone.
