Alicia G. gave us a tour of Instrata Little Italy yesterday and she was a very informative and efficient guide. The property is unique and well located and she was very knowledgeable about availability, fees, and location of different types of units. It was a great 45 minute tour and the property is terrific.
24 hours before I was scheduled to tour unit 1904 Strata then put my deposit down, they undercut 3 weeks of building a supposed rapport with the staff and property manager, Victor & rented it, without me even getting to see it, in person. Keep in mind, I'm low income, and on a housing voucher, getting a deposit together takes time. I didn't just lose an apartment, I lost the 1st real home in San Diego and a brand new start.
