I could not be happier with my new apartment address at Strata. Everything is so well set up. From the basic amenities to added features, design, furniture, space, and anything else you can think of as a homeowner, this realty project will not disappoint you at all. I have been putting up here for about 7 months now, and I am very confident when I say I couldn't hope for anything better than this. Will definitely recommend to all.

I’ve lived in several apartments before, but nothing compares to this place. The community is peaceful, the location is perfect, and the leasing team truly knows their stuff. They guided me through every detail of unit options and pricing without any pressure. I feel confident that I chose the right home.

This isn’t one of those cookie-cutter properties. The countertops are real granite, solid and durable. The bathroom is spacious, and the bathtub feels like something out of the Four Seasons, wrapped in high-quality tile. Everything in this unit feels built to last unlike the new “let’s build quick to get tenants” buildings. Alicia G. gave us a tour of Instrata Little Italy yesterday and she was a very informative and efficient guide. The property is unique and well located and she was very knowledgeable about availability, fees, and location of different types of units. It was a great 45 minute tour and the property is terrific.
