24 hours before I was scheduled to tour unit 1904 Strata then put my deposit down, they undercut 3 weeks of building a supposed rapport with the staff and property manager, Victor & rented it, without me even getting to see it, in person. Keep in mind, I'm low income, and on a housing voucher, getting a deposit together takes time. I didn't just lose an apartment, I lost the 1st real home in San Diego and a brand new start. I’ve lived at The Strata for almost two years, and I can honestly say it’s been such a positive experience. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really makes this place stand out is the incredible team behind it.
