We moved here recently on a whim due to problems we were having with our previous management. We loved how open and receptive management was, and we thought the prices were reasonable and accommodating. Since moving in one month ago we've needed at least 4 or 5 maintenance visits. Dishwasher problems, air conditioning broken, multiple blinds issues. Our dishwasher was not turned on when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to come and TURN IT ON.
