Lived there for 3 years. For how expensive it is, there are some definite issues. Maintenance: Appliances are old and definitely need replacing. Washer and dryer wrecked some of my clothes; dishwasher had a fun issue of water pouring out of the door (happened 4x); garbage disposal easily gets clogged and no amount of plunging (as they recommend) would fix it.
