He quotes and charges for things that he doesn't end up actually doing and then tries to B.S. you and justify the charge. If he doesn't get the entire job after quoting he is very unprofessional and unwilling to work and/or communicate with the other contractors. Unwilling to fix HIS mistakes and tries to justify why it's not his place to fix it. Very condescending to women. Overall, I would not use him again or recommend him.
