RecommendedThere was a major glitch with our pre-purchased tickets and we didn't notice until 15 minutes before the train left. The ticket office took care of it quickly and politely, and got us on the train in time. Well done!

Terrible experience, the Thomas the train “crew” members were extremely rude, and to be honest I could care less about Thomas the train I think it’s stupid. We aren’t here to ride the Thomas train. Thanks Barry for ruining our experience, really appreciate it.
We did the wine and cheese train tonight. There were 5 of us and we had a great time. It was a good mix of whites, reds, sweets and drys.

Glad to see that Craig Lafever died, when you treat your employees bad, refuse to get them medical help when they are injured, and openly commit discrimination against them..........what goes around comes around.
