Do not rent or buy from this company! Not only did they not give my husband and I our deposit back of $1300, but there charging us $191.96 for outrageous things in the house that weren't there before, were there before we moved in and things that were small items that would be $1 to repair! Very shady company! There crooks! We even did some upgrades to the house and they didn't even take that into consideration!
