Such a jewel! Everyone in my group was most favorably impressed by the bar area of Strangers and Saints. It is tastefully decorated and perfectly lighted. Just sitting there was a treat. I ordered a cocktail called Aiden's Yellow Dress. It came in an attractive stem, and it was delicious--not too sweet, as promised. Just had a very disappointing experience here after being excited to go and enjoy drinks at the bar and admire the interior after being recommended by a friend. We arrived and waited a few moments at the entrance to see if we could seat ourselves at the only two remaining seats at the bar. In that moment, a woman barreled past us and took one of the seat we were clearly waiting for saying “I work here. That’s why I did that”.
