Will is great to deal with, always returns my calls even if I just have questions. Top quality work.
Bought a truck from "Market Place Auto", in Puyallup Wa. Months later the transmission went out. Strange Auto Barn worked on the transmission last, so I asked them for a copy of the work order, which would state what work was performed prior to me purchasing the truck. Not only did they refuse me a copy, but Market Place Auto refused as well. These are very dishonest company's. I would never refer ANYONE to have work done here or buy any vehicle that's had transmission work done here.
Done on time, on budget, and a clear and thorough understanding of what I wanted. Great staff, really Enjoyed meeting Will and discussing the options I had with him. Knowing that they are a full service shop I'll be calling on my "Strange" friends long before I go anywhere else.
I did not even know about this shop until I was referred over by a dealership I bought a car from. My car is built and was not shifting properly. I then called Will and informed him what was going on. He said to drop the vehicle off and will look at it. As soon as he took the transmission off, he knew exactly what was wrong. The car had a bad flywheel and needed replacement. They do great work and the car is now running very strong. Will and Tim are very knowledgeable. Had a TH350 for a '70 Chevelle built here years ago. Fantastic work, great people. I even got to peek around the shop! Man they were busy! Very friendly. They make pickup/drop off easy, no run arounds, and the price I was quoted was what I got! Even came with a torque converter which I didn't expect. Thanks guys :) I hope you continue to grow
