We have rented from Jeffrey Strange for 3 years and never had a problem. As a matter of fact because we were good renters and he knew we had some business issues he did not raise our rent when everyone we know had big increases. The building is well kept whenever we need something he and Joe get it handled almost immediately. They have never been rude to us, just the opposite a great landlord.
