AWFUL I want to die it's bad. She reversed my layers instead of top being shorter and and getting longer as it goes down she did the opposite and gave me a really short Karen cut. It's going to take me years to grow out the layers and get my hair back to how it was before.
This review is on the behalf of my girlfriend. She walked in with a little longer than shoulder length hair, and asked for a light trim to her middle neck. Megan (whom was doing her hair) cut it above her neck. I've also seen another review where someone asked for a light trim from Megan who walked out with way shorter hair than what they asked for. If you just want a trim, don't get one from her. My girlfriend was already dealing with self-esteem issues. She has never hated her hair more in her entire life. I have never see... read more
